Worm Gear Box

Worm gear boxes have a spiral-shaped shaft that interacts with and drives a toothed wheel. These can be conceptualized as a screw butted up in front of what appears to be a typical spur gear with slightly slanted and curved teeth. Our offerings have a high reduction ratio; all that is required is to provide the wheel more leeway. As a result, you can use them to either significantly increase torque or significantly decrease speed. Worm gear boxes users have fewer moving parts and less potential for failure because it typically takes many reductions of a traditional gearset to achieve the same reduction rate as a single worm gear.
